Prom Makeup: ISH turquoise dress and looking for what colors to use in the eyes and how to create a defined look

I have prom coming up this Saturday and I really want to have defined makeup. My dress is turquoise silver ISH game and I'll look is dramatic / intense / smoky, but very defined. I want my eyes to emphasize, however, they look natural and not overdone. I'm not sure how to achieve this. How do I apply dark colors in the corners Eye for best results? What colors should I use and how much should I put my eye to have the best results? Besides, I always have a problem of choosing a color of lipstick. I love the red earrings, but I never seem to look good .. What color should I use to get maximum results? Thank you! Also, I have a fair complexion, brown eyes and black hair … I hope that helps!
